After announcing her pregnancy with fiance Alexis Ohanian, World #1 Tennis champion, Serena Williams took to Instagram to write an open letter to her unborn little one:

My Dearest Baby,
You gave me the strength I didn’t know I had. You taught me the true meaning of serenity and peace. I can’t wait to meet you. I can’t wait for you to join the players box next year. But most importantly, I am so happy to share being number one in the world with you…. once again today. On @alexisohanian bday. ???? from the world’s oldest number one to the world’s youngest number one. -Your Mommy
The post was written along with a close-up pic of the athlete, flaunting her baby-bump.
The 35 year old multiple Grand-slam winner seems super-excited about being a mom and has reportedly taken a break from playing to concentrate on herself and the baby.
She is due to give birth this fall.
