Dangal has collected a staggering 300 crore in China within nine days of its release, bringing it's worldwide collection to 1030 crores. This makes the Aamir Khan-starrer the first Bollywood and second Indian movie to cross the 1000 crore milestone at the Box Office, after the SS Rajamouli magnum-opus achieved this feat a few days ago.

Dangal collected an astonishing 85 crores in China on Saturday alone and is expected to grow stronger on Sunday. Trade Anaylist Taran Adarsh noted that the trend shows the movie's collection in China may quite possibly surpass it's lifetime collection in India.

Aamir Khan has established quite a following for himself in China, with two of his previous movies, 3 Idiots and PK, doing exceptionally well there. Notably, PK was also the first Indian movie to cross the 100 crores mark in China, but Dangal seems to be shattering all records now, opening gates for other Indian movies in the market.

Going at this pace, Dangal will give a stiff competition to the Prabhas and Rana Dagubatti starrer, Baahubali 2 which currently has touched a whopping 1350 crores at the worldwide Box Office and is still doing great business in its 3rd week of release in both national and international markets.

Baahubali 2 recently surpassed PK and Dangal to become the highest grossing Indian movie of all time, but with Dangal getting a Box Office revival in China after nearly 6 months of its release in India - Baahubali has some strong competition coming in.
