Prepare yourself for an epic television moment.

Only a few days after it was announced that pop Diva Cher will be performing for the first time in 15 years at an award function, while being honored with the ‘Icon Award’ at this year’s BMA’s, news comes in about Celine Dion gracing the same stage to perform her own signature ballad.

2017, marks the 20th anniversary of the release of Celine’s Grammy and Oscar winning chart-topper from the Motion Picture soundtrack for ‘Titanic.’ Released in the year 1997, My Heart Will Go On is the second biggest selling single by a female artist in history with sales of 15 million copies, only behind Whitney Houston’s ‘I Will Always Love You’ which sold 25 million copies worldwide.

Celine Dion is apparently as excited to perform the signature ballad at the awards as we are to see her. “This song means a lot to me, and it has played such a huge role in my career,” the powerhouse songstress said in a statement. Adding, “I’m so grateful to the late James Horner, and to Will Jennings, for writing it and creating the opportunity for me to be part of Titanic, an amazing film whose legacy will continue for generations to come. It’s a great honor to have the opportunity to perform it at the Billboard Music Awards’ international stage, in celebration of the film’s 20th anniversary.”

The Billboard stage will only get grander this year as two of the biggest divas of all time will perform their biggest songs from the 90’s. This is certain to take you back to the good old days.

The 2017 Billboard awards will be held at Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena and will air live on Sunday, May 21 at 5 p.m. PT and 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
