The Bollywood Queen's ambitious project is reportedly entitled 'Manikarnika' and the first look of the Poster of the movie had everyone buzzing on Twitter.

Previously, a sneak-peak into her 'look' as the Jhansi Queen, was lauded by her fans. The release of the poster now further affirms the progress in the much-awaited project and also the high expectations people have with it.

The epic saga based on the heroic queen of Jhansi was initially to be directed by filmmaker Ketan Mehta, who previously directed the period drama - Mangal Pandey, however he opted out of the project due to discrepancies related to the language of the film.

Ranaut was last seen in the Vishal Bhardwaj directed period-war-drama 'Rangoon', co-starring Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor. Though the movie failed to generate any fire at the Box Office, her performance as the fierce actress and entertainer "Miss Julia", was lauded by both critics and fans.

Kangana whose known for delivering stellar performances movie-after-movie, is being called the perfect choice for the demanding role of Queen Jhansi.

One movie everyone should look forward to!
