Manushi meets PM Modi. Appointed as brand ambassador of the “Anemia free Haryana” campaign.

Manushi Chhillar has been riding high on her new-found fame after her win at the 2017 Miss World competition.

Soon after her trip back to India, the 20 year old beauty was awarded a 'Special Achievement Award' at a Delhi function, handed over to her by none other than, ace cricketer, Virat Kohli.

On Thursday, the aspiring medical professional and MBBS student, also got the chance to meet prime minister Narandra Modi and took her family and brother along, for the special occasion.

Dressed in an elegant 'Anarkali' suit, Chhillar posted about her excitement on Twitter, stating how motivational it was for her to meet someone who she's always looked up to.



Modi also took to Twitter to share an image of their meeting and congratulate the international pageant winner on her feat.



Chhillar, who before heading for the Miss World competition was pursuing her medical studies from a Haryana-based medical institution, also headed back to state for the first time after her win. 

In a tryst with the state's Chief Minister, Manohal Lal Khattar - Chhillar was officially appointed as the brand ambassador of the “Anemia free Haryana” campaign.


There's no doubt about the fact that Chhillar is already headed strong with a perfect start for a glorious career ahead.
