Virat Kohli had the most perfect reply to Manushi Chhillar's question on "giving back" to the youth

Manushi Chhillar and Virat Kohli shared the spotlight at a recent event in Delhi, which was organized to award and congratulated the best in India from various fields.

While Kohli grabbed the popular choice title for 'Indian Of The Year', Manushi was honored with a 'Special Achievement' award - which was presented to her by none other than Kohli himself.

The 20 year old beauty, who has received towering fame post her win at the 2017 Miss World competition - bringing India, its first crown in the international pageant in over 17 years, had a brief interaction with Kohli during the Delhi event - in which she quizzed the ace cricketer on how he plans to inspire and give back to the younger generation.

Before, addressing him as "one of the best batsman in the world today" - here is what Manushi, who was front and center throughout the event, asked Virat, who was up on stage being honored for his achievements:

"There are lot of young people who draw insipiration from you. How would you like to give back, especially to children in the field of cricket?"

Kohli, who's been in top form, delivering great performances, match after match, didn't have to wait to think the answer through for too long and instantly replied with the following:

“I have always mentioned people had a lot of issues with how I was, how I conducted myself. I never had problems with that. The moment I started to think that I need to change, is the only time that I changed.

Everyone has to go through a mutual process to be where they get to in life, to become more mature. What’s very important to understand is that one should never lose their identity, character and personality. Because if you try to be someone else, you can never succeed and you can never inspire others.”
