Watch: Video of Sushmita Sen encouraging Manushi Chhillar before the Miss World competition

Ever since her historic win at the 2017 Miss World competition, Manushi Chhillar has been grabbing headlines for stories from her past, appearances from her present and the possibilities of what lies in the future.

The 20 year old beauty, who brought home India's first Miss World crown since Priyanka Chopra's win in the same competition, almost 17 years ago,  has been basking in the glory of her new found fame.

After footage of her prepping for the competition along with pictures from her days as a regular student of M.B.B.S. unearthed, people are getting a closer glimpse at her personality.

Another such footage from the past has now been doing the rounds on Internet, showing Chhillar's encounter with none other than - Sushmita Sen - who, more than 2 decades ago, brought home India's very first Miss Universe title.

The video showcases Chhillar's meeting and interaction with Sen on a flight, with the two of them exchanging pleasantries and hugs.

Appears to have been shot prior to Manushi's win at the Miss World, the footage shows Sen offering Chhillar some motherly piece of advice and guidance.

“Give it your best shot and then leave the rest in God's hands. All The best." - Sen is heard telling Chhillar in the video.

What a beautiful moment!

It is almost as if the crown was already passed-on from one generation of beauty to another - before the competition even took place.
