Michael Buble is Retiring From Music, Following His Son’s Diagnosis with Cancer

Canadian singer Michael Buble’s next album may very well be his ‘final.’

The Grammy winning vocalist will be retiring from music, following his son’s diagnosis and battle with cancer.

Buble’s 5 year old son, Noah was recently diagnosed with liver cancer which has left him with no desire or strength to maintain a public life, simultaneously.

In an emotional interview with the Daily Mail, the singer announced that his next LP is going to be his final, as he does not have ‘the stomach’ to do it anymore. Buble also announced that he will no longer maintain any of his social media handles, cutting off from the public to concentrate on his family.

“My whole being has changed. My perception of life. I don’t know if I can get through this conversation without crying. And I’ve never lost control of my emotions in public.”

The ‘Home’ singer further added:

“I don’t have the stomach for it any more. The celebrity narcissism. This is my last interview. I’m retiring. I’ve made the perfect record and now I can leave at the very top.”

Michael’s next studio record is ‘Love’, which he has already finished recording. The project will be released in the third week of November, following which the singer will take an indefinite sabbatical from showbiz.

Wishing a fast and speedy recovery for Noah.
