As Ariana Grande’s latest single, ‘Thank You, Next’ continues to top the Billboard Hot 100 charts, the 25 year old singer has unveiled a stunning visual for the track – taking inspiration from some popular classic flicks, that celebrate ‘girl power.’
Grande who’s co-penned the ‘telling’ song about her past relationships, including her very recent break-up with Pete Davidson, has managed to gain her very first #1 in the Unites States with the track and it seems the new visual is only going to keep it still atop the charts.
Directed by Hannah Lux Davis (who’s previously filmed some other visuals for Grande, like, ‘Side By Side’ and ‘Love Me Harder), the video pays homage to four teen-classics from the 2000’s, which include – ‘Bring It On,’ ’13 Going On 30,’ ‘Legally Blonde,’ and ‘Mean Girls.’
A nostalgia-inducing visual treat for sure!
