Kelly Clarkson is known to take current bops from other artists and turn ’em into her own.
The vocal powerhouse, who’s previously given hits like ‘Stay With Me’ and ‘Someone Like You’ her own flavor, recently did a cover of Lady Gaga’s Oscar nominated hit – ‘Shallow’ and needless to say, she owned every moment of it.
The Grammy winning hitmaker recently stopped in Green Bay, Wisconsin as part of her ongoing ‘Meaning Of Life’ tour and switched to sing the pop-rock-ballad while gushing over Gaga.
“Honestly, I remember her first single, we actually did a show together, combined for some event. She wrote me handwritten letter saying, ‘Thank you so much. It was an honor to open for you.’ She was the nicest human being ever. It’s cool to know someone that talented is also really nice. I’ve been rooting for her for a while.”
