Carrie Underwood Reveals She Suffered 3 Miscarriages in the Last Two Years!

The past couple of years have been pretty tough on Carrie Underwood.

The Grammy winning country singer opened up about her recent struggles with 3 consecutive miscarriages, which took place in the period of the last two years.

Carrie, who is presently married to hockey player Mike Fisher and shares a 3 year old son with him, is expecting her second child. But the road to a successful pregnancy hasn’t been easy for the star.

In an interview with CBS Sunday Morning, Underwood was quoted telling:

“I’d kind of planned that 2017 was, you know, going to be the year that I work on new music, and I have a baby. We got pregnant early 2017, and didn’t work out.”

But after another two miscarriages, which followed the first once, Carry and husband Mike really got a setback and contemplated over things. “At that point, it was just kind of like, ‘Okay, like, what’s the deal? What is all of this?’”

She further stated how they even started settling down with the though of never having another kid:

“My son, Isaiah, is the sweetest thing. And he’s the best thing in the world. And I’m like, ‘If we can never have any other kids, that’s okay, because he’s amazing.”

But Carrie’s fourth attempt at conceiving worked, despite all her initial worries and preconceived notions.

“That was like a Saturday — and the Monday I went to the doctor to, like, confirm, another miscarriage. And they told me everything was great!”
