Watch: Crowd chants 'Boom Boom Afridi' during MS Dhoni's visit to Kashmir

Former Indian cricket team captain MS Dhoni payed a visit to Jammu & Kashmir for a friendly cricket match sponsored by the Indian army, but his reception into the ground didn't quite go as he might have thought.

The cricket legend was there as a chief guest participating in a cricket tournament, before which he also took the opportunity to interact with some of the youth from the troubled valley.

But as soon as Mahi ventured out to the stadium, he was greeted by the crowd with chants praising the former captain of Pakistan, Shahid Afridi,

The group was unanimously seen and heard hooting - 'Boom Boom Afridi' - a famous catchphrase used to address the celebrated Pakistani cricket figure by his fans.

In a now-viral video, the chaotic incident is captured in its entirety as security forces try to push away the massive crowd which is persistently heard chanting Afridi's name.
