Zayn Malik is quite a Kailash Kher admirer - as it turns out.

The former "One Directioner" went super-viral in India after his surprise cover of Kailash Kher's 'Teri Deewani', which the British popstar uploaded on his Instagram handle a few days ago.

Zayn has previously expressed his attachment to 'several things Bollywood' - ranging from his love for Indian music to his adoration towards Shah Rukh Khan, but it is the first time the singer is taking turns to lend his vocals to some popular Hindi tunes.

But as Kailash Kher is one of the most loved and respected singers of the present era of Indian music, Zayn's distinct take of his classic had to draw some mixed reactions.

And although his first public attempt with 'Teri Deewani' became the subject of online trolling, Zayn has already uploaded yet another cover of a popular tune by Kher.

This time it is - 'Allah Ke Bande', one of Kailash's initial hits from 'Waisa Bhi Hota Hai Part II.'

Was it any better than the last time?

As much as we love Kailash Kher and his soulful say, we gotta admire Zayn's effort.

Is he readying for a Bollywood debut? How about a duet between him and Kher?
