According to Mary, the separation left her in an emotionally unstable state as she battled suicidal tendencies and opted for self-medication to cope up with their "very public" break-up.

The lawsuit attempts to sue Steve on the grounds of child endangerment, torture, kidnapping, conspiracy against rights, murder, breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Interestingly, the lawsuit has not been filed by a professional lawyer, but a woman who claims to be Mary's "civil rights activist."

Harvey who is presently married and settled down with Marjorie Bridges released a statement in respect to the allegations through his attorney Brandon Williams, who told TMZ that "Mr. Harvey vehemently denies any allegations set forth in the lawsuit. The Complaint is meritless, frivolous and the allegations are completely false. We will vigorously defend/counterclaim against the Complaint."
