Kevin Hart's public call to several celebs has resulted in a large number of funds being donated to aid the victims of Hurricane Harvey.

The actor, who had himself donated a sum of $25K went on to name several celebs like The Rock, Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, Steve Harvey and more - urging each one of them to provide financial assistance to the people affected by the flooding and the aftermaths of the disaster in Texas.

Responding to Hart's call for help, rapper Nicki Minaj pledged to donate a sum of $25K herself and appreciated the actor's efforts to raise funds. "I'll donate 25K for Houston. Praying for everyone there. Great work @kevinhart4real," she posted on her Instagram account.

Chris Brown, was skeptical of donating to the Red Cross and instead pledged to give a sum of $100,000, stating that it would "go to the people."

Meanwhile, NBA star Chris Paul also announced his donation of $75,000 - which will go to both Houston Flood relief fund and American Red Cross. Although, Beyonce also vowed to provide assistance to the victims, she did not reveal the amount she would be donating.

The most whopping sum has been pledged to be given away by reality TV star and entrepreneur, Kim Kardashian West - who in a tweet announced that she along with her mother and sisters will be donating a sum of $500,000 to Red Cross and Salvation Army US.

"Houston, we are praying for you," West tweeted.

It is indeed great to see so many well-abled celebs coming together to aid the ones in need.
