"Fu** Nazis": Solange Knowles quits Twitter amid racial tensions post Charlottesville

The 31 year old singer-songwriter, deleted her official Twitter handle after a post solidifying her stance with Civil Rights activist Takiyah Thompson - a 22 year old woman who has been arrested for participating in the removal of a Confederate monument in North Carolina.
"Deleting my twitter soon," the singer wrote. "but before I dip [sic] when we gotta pull up? [sic] & what we got to do to get my new hero Takiyah Thompson free?"
After her departure from Twitter, the 'Cranes in the Sky' singer took to Instagram to vent it all out in a post speaking over 'Neo Nazis' and 'White Supremacists.'
In a strongly-worded dialogue, Knowles expressed her frustration over the state of affairs in the country post the Charllotesville riots and how having to deal with the racist comments and news is becoming too much for her to deal with, as a mother and as an artist.
