Paula Abdul took quite a tumble during her recent show in Biloxi, Mississippi.
The 56 year old pop star took the stage for her concert at Hard Rock Live on Saturday and fell head-first towards the audience as she approached the edge of the stage.

It isn’t clear whether Paula faced any injuries from the fall, but she continued with the rest of the show imminently. From the looks of it, it does seems like quite a painful fall.
Just when the above video cut, the audience helped her get back up on stage again.
This was the third leg of Paula’s ongoing “Straight Up Paula” tour.
