Actress Glenne Headly dies at the age of 63.

“Dick Tracy” Star and Emmy nominated TV and Film actress Glenne Headly is no more. Tracy breathed her last on Thursday night as confirmed by her reps. She was 63.

In a brief statement to public, Headly’s rep stated, “It is with deep sorrow that we confirm the passing of Glenne Headly.”

The cause of death has not been revealed by her spokesperson as of now however TMZ reported sources connected to the actresses mention her checking in to a hospital with complaints pertaining to blood clots.

Although Headly did a string of theater and supporting roles in films in the 1980’s, the actress came into limelight with her role in the 1988 released ‘Dirty Rotten Scoundrels’ starring opposite Steve Martin.

One of her most famous appearances included her role of Tess Trueheart in the 1990-released action-comedy, “Dick Tracy” starring opposite Warren Beatty. She later starred in a number movies appearing opposite stars like Bruce Willis, Demi Moore, Ryan Reynolds, Macaulay Culkin and more.

Headly also starred in Television movies like ‘My Own Coutnry and ‘Women VS Men’ and went on to be nominated for ‘Best Supporting actress’ Emmy for her performances in ‘Lonesome Dove’ and ‘Barstard Out Of Carolina’
