Watch: Miley Cyrus does a karaoke to ‘Son of a Preacher Man’ and KILLS it

Jimmy Fallon’s episode with Miley Cyrus has resulted into so many of memorable moments. First, the pop star shocked everyone with the revealing details of her extensive Marijuana usage, talking about how she feared she might die from an overdose. Then the two got together at the NYC subway to give an undercover performance to unsuspecting travelers, as Cyrus belted out a gorgeous rendition of Dolly Parton’s ‘Jolene.’

Another, awesome moment from the show was when the ‘Wrecking Ball’ hitmaker performed karaoke to songs from Ed Sheeran, Dusty Springfield and Rick James with Google translated lyrics.
Putting aside the fact that the supposed ‘auto-translated’ lyric got way too weird at one point, as ‘Shape Of You’ became “I like that Cadaver” and ‘Son of A Preacher Man’ became “A Minister’s Male Child”, Cyrus’s chops were pretty impressive, particularly when she belted out the Dusty Springfield classic and delivered some powerhouse vocal moments.

Miley is currently under full-swing to promote her recent singles, ‘Malibu’ and ‘Inspired’ – which are to be featured on her upcoming yet-to-be-announced studio album – a record Miley says, she’s very passionate about.

Contrary to her previous album, Miley now seems to be concentrating more on the content of her music than her image and appearance.
