British diva Adele has caused much disappointment to her fans, it seems. The Grammy award winning superstar, recently posted a letter on her Twitter handle, talking about her vocal damage – and how she would not be able to perform at the final two gigs of her tour, which were scheduled at London’s Wembley arena.Adele made the announcement on Twitter in a post expressing her disappointment at the situation, arising due to vocal injuries, following which her doctors advised her to take rest and not perform for a while.
While, most sympathized with the singer’s position and prayed for her full vocal recovery – some of the attendees are not at all happy with her cancellation.
Calling it ‘unprofessional’ and ‘unreliable’ – people expressed their disappointment with the vocalist for thinking “only about herself.”

Twice my step sister has booked Adele tickets and twice Adele has cancelled, I know these things can’t be helped but she’s absolutely gutted— Becks (@buhdumbex) July 2, 2017

I am never buying tickets to @Adele again – such a drama queen that only cares about her selfish self. What a waste of time she is.— Jane_Holst (@Jane_Holst) July 2, 2017
Thank you @Adele for a memorable experience! I bought 2 Golden Circle tickets for today’s concert AND 2 return flights from Miami to see you— Martin Tsang (@martsang) July 2, 2017
