Rihanna might soon be heading back to the studio for a brand new project.

The 'We Found Love' superstar is gearing to start work on her 9th studio project after her previous year's critically acclaimed LP, 'Anti.'

Riri has apparently pulled some of the hottest songwriters who will all join her 'writing camp' next month to pen down tunes for her upcoming project; one of them includes British singer-songwriter Raye.

The 19 year old, who is on cloud nine for being associated with the superstar's forthcoming project, spoke with MTV UK, expressing her enthusiasm over her participation.

“I literally, like ‘thank you god’, have been asked to be part of the Rihanna writing camp, which is in a month’s time and I’m so excited," the songwriter said. "Obviously so many people are writing for her but to be asked and to be part of it and to be one step closer is a dream come true.”

The yet-to-be titled studio album might see fruition by next year - depending on how long it takes for Riri's team to find the right kind of material.

After, a shift to a more 'RnB' and Pop/Soul sound with her previous studio album, it would be interesting to see how Rihanna evolves further with her next LP.
