Taylor Swift is testifying against Denver Radio Jockey, David Mueller, who the singer alleged, had publicly groped her during a photo shoot.
The 27 year old singer is recalling the 2013 incident in which, Mueller allegedly latched on to her bare behind, sliding his hand underneath her skirt, as the cameras flashed ahead of them.
“He did not touch my rib,” Swift recalled clearing her stance. “He did not touch my hand. He grabbed my bare ass.”
“He stayed latched on to my bare ass as I moved away from him visibly uncomfortable,” Swift testified on her sexual assault and groping trial. “It was a very shocking thing that I have never dealt with before. He grabbed my ass underneath my skirt. It was underneath my skirt.”
In their defense, Mueller’s attorneys questioned why Swift continued the meet-and-greet with her fans and why she did not take a break from the event.
To which Swift simply stated that she did not want to disappoint her fans.
