Taylor Swift won in the court of law as she along with her mother, fought against Denver Radio Jockey, David Mueller who groped her from her bare back during a public photo shoot.
Ruling the case in favor of Swift, the jury said that the DJ did commit the sexual assault, as he “grabbed her butt” underneath her skirt during a meet-and-greet ceremony in Denver, back in 2013.
The 27 year old singer received her claimed amount of $1, but most importantly was happy to have the truth proven in the court of law.
“He did not touch my rib,” Swift had testified earlier this week, recalling the incident. “He did not touch my hand. He grabbed my bare ass.”
“It was a very shocking thing that I have never dealt with before. He grabbed my ass underneath my skirt. It was underneath my skirt,” Swift said.
Soon after the hearing was complete, Taylor and her mother hugged each other, after which her mom broke down in tears.
