Michael Lawrence Tyler AKA Mystikal, has found himself to be in major trouble with the law…again.
The Louisiana rapper has been charged with an alleged rape of a woman a year ago.
The alleged incident occurred in October 22, 2016, in a downtown location of Louisiana, where the rapper is said to have committed first degree rape with the victim. The same night his Legends of Southern Hip Hop concert had also taken place in Shreveport.
The warrant issued against Tyler found evidence against the rapper from the spot along with a woman named Averweone Holman who’s also said to be involved in the crime.
While police have arrested Texas, they’re still on the lookout for the rapper.
Mystikal, has had a previous history of sexual crime – wherein he was found guilty for sexual battery back in 2003 and was sentenced to six years in prison. Released in 2010 after serving his sentence in jail, the rapper was put on a 5 year probation by the court.
No comment on the incident has been made so far by Mystikal or his rep.
