Hot Shots: Janet Jackson kicks off ‘State of The World’ tour to ‘snatch some wigs’

Pop Queen Janet Jackson is back!The 51 year old legendary songstress kicked off her much-anticipated, ‘State Of The World’ tour and announced she’s here to slay. ‘You know I came to snatch a couple of wigs,’ the diva said.

Being touted as Jackson’s ‘comeback’ tour after the singer abruptly had to cancel her previous ‘Unbreakable’ World Tour following the advice of her doctors, the singer-performer went on a long hiatus to plan motherhood and gave birth to her first child, earlier in January this year.

 

Well, if the pictures and snippets shared by Jackson’s fans are anything to go by – she’s back to snatch some basic wigs for sure.

‘State Of The World’ tour grabbed enough eyeballs before with several sources hinting at the singer’s rigorous training sessions to get her svelte body back in shape, and working on a new set of choreography to highlight the emotional transformation of her personal life on stage.

“You’ll see a lot of her journey through concept and creative direction on how and what takes place in certain times of her life to get to this place now, and I think that’s beautiful,” said Janet’s creative director Gil Duldulao.
