Lil Wayne had another bout with epilepsy after suffering from seizure in Chicago.
The rapper was found unconscious in his hotel room at the Westin on Michigan Avenue, and was immediately rushed to the hospital this past Sunday.
The 34 year old has been admitted to the Northwestern Memorial hospital in Chicago, and said to have suffered another seizure after being taken there.
Although, Lil Wayne’s team attempted to discharge him later on, the doctors strictly advised against it, stating he would need to rest at least for a couple of more days – following which, Wayne’s rep has confirmed the cancellation of his Vegas show.
Lil Wayne has had a long history of suffering form epilepsy, which he publicly confirmed the same back in 2014 after suffering from a series of severe seizures.
“This isn’t my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth or seventh seizure. I’ve had a bunch of seizures. Y’all just never hear about them. But this time, it got real bad because I had three of them in a row,” he previously said.
Wayne’s rep has confirmed the rapper will continue to rest until his condition further improves.
