Mariah Carey made a striking appearance at an intimate dinner and private concert held by V Magazine in honor of German creative director, photographer and legendary fashion figure, Karl Lagerfeld.

Carey attended the event with her boyfriend Bryan Tanaka, and was joined by the likes of Naomi Campbell, Bella Hadid, Kris Jenner and more - as they raised a toast for the fashion trailblazer at the event organized in New York City.

Gracing the stage in a shimmery, black, figure-huggin' gown, the curvilicious diva also performed a number of her past hits as the crowd cheered on the celestial vocal moments when she reached for the famous high notes of her songs.

The 47 year old songstress performed a string of her signature ballads like 'Hero' and 'We Belong Together' and uptempo hits like 'Touch My Body' and 'Shake It Off.'

Check out a sneak peak of the performances below:

2017 has been quite a tough year for the Grammy winning songbird as she has been at the receiving end of severe criticism for her live performances - which were called-out for being "lackluster" and vocally inferior.

Going by the response of her fans on the clips above, Mimi seems to have delivered this time!
