Jennifer Hudson’s estranged fiance, David Otunga, has won custodial grants back from the songstress after a mutual agreement on the same.

According to TMZ, Hudson and Otunga have worked out a temporary solution to their bitter custody battles, granting the former professional wrestler with the primary parental custody of their 8 year old son – David Jr.

Not only that, the agreement also involed Hudson dropping her order of protection, which she had filed immediately after their bitter seperation.

The Oscar winning singer/actress is currently working in The Voice UK, and spends much of her time traveling – which is part of the reason cited by Otunga to claim the primary guardianship of their son, stating that he’s mostly been the sole caretaker of David Jr due to Hudson’s busy schedule.

The mutual agreement of letting Otunga look after their son is only a temporary solution to their battle, which will persist until a permanent agreement is formed on the same.
