This era of Hollywood is certainly going to be defined by the ample amount of remakes that are being created – and Disney is certainly taking the lead at it.
Whether you like it or not, remakes are outpouring from the studio and the latest one to be added on to the bandwagon is one of our favorite Disney TV shows from the early 2000’s – Proud Family.
It has been 14 years since the show actually ended its first run on the channel, but according to the latest buzz online – courtesy of the show’s former cast-member, Tommy Davidson, a reboot of the show might just be heading to the company’s new streaming platform – Disney Plus.
Here is what he was quoted telling Where Is The Buzz:
“I forgot to tell you that, The Proud Family is coming back. Proud Family’s coming back. It’s on one of Disney’s streaming [services]. Yeah, Proud Family’s coming back. They told me not to tell you. New episodes.”
