Beyonce has never shied away from giving props to the legendary Tina Turner.
The ‘Single Ladies’ hitmaker has often cited Turner as one of her many idols, who inspired her to get up on stage and become a performer, that she is today.
As Tina, celebrated her 80th birthday yesterday, it was bound for Bey to have a little something to say to the legend.
Knowles posted an image of the ‘Proud Mary’ songstress on her social media, with the following message on it:

I have loved you for a lifetime. YOu have paved the way and made it possible for another country girl to go after her dreams. Im [sic] so grateful for you. I am blessed to have two Tina’s showing me the way. With every ounce of my love & admiration.
