A young boy’s adoption became all the more special as his fellow buddies from school, witnessed and cheered for him during his adoption hearing.
5 year old, Michael Clark, Jr. from Kent County, Michigan, appeared on a local courthouse earlier this month to be officially adopted by David Eaton and Andrea Melvin in Grand Rapids.
To support him in this process of officially getting a permanent home and family, his entire kindergarten class showed up at the hearing.
The boy’s KG class from Wealthy Elementary School waved heart-cuts as the hearing proceeded and also spoke about what their friend means to them.
Micihael’s mom, Andrea said how it was important to have his elementary class included into it, as the little one considered them his family too.
For 5 year old Michael and for the other 37 kids that were adopted that day, there couldn’t possibly be a better Christmas gift.
