He was rushed to an intensive care unit, after which his family has publicly confirmed of his death on the 1st of January.

Gordon was engaged to Houston’s daughter – Bobbi Kristina Brown, and was often accused of controlling and abusing her, following the untimely death of the songstress in 2012. Bobbi Kristina was later found unconscious at her home, submerged in a bath tub (just like her late mother) – succumbing to her bodily damage at a hospice care, months after.

Nick Gordon was later held legally responsible for Brown’s death in a civil case, but never faced criminal charges.
