Madonna is the latest celeb to have backed-off from her future public commitments due to the ongoing Coronavirus scare.
The Pop star, who was presently busy touring on schedule of her ‘Madame X’ shows, has cancelled the remainder of the tour, citing the ongoing pandemic.
Here’s what the official website of the ‘Like a Virgin’ performer said:
“Following official notification from the Office of the Police this morning prohibiting all events with an audience attendance of over 1000, Live Nation regrets to announce the final two Madame X performances previously re-scheduled to 10-March and 11-March are forced to be cancelled.”
Madge’s tour was already in-news for constant cancellations due to her health issues, even before the epidemic came into picture.
The Coronavirus scare might just serve as the perfect excuse for her to take the long-dreaded rest her body needs.
