Brandy has served us some new music and visual.
The RnB vocalist and celebrated songstress of the 90’s is here with her seventh studio album, entitled, ‘B7’ and to kick things off, she’s debuted her brand new visual for the new single, ‘Borderline.’
Serving as the second single from the album, after her collaboration with Chance The Rapper on the lead single – ‘Baby Mama’, the 41 year old vocalist’s latest offering is a sweeping RnB bop on love, loneliness and heartbreak.
The video comes out on the day of the album’s release across all streaming platforms.
Co-produced and co-written by Norwood herself, the song is a decent reminder of her groovy tunes, and sultry vocals from the past in songs like ‘Almost Doesn’t Count’, ‘I Do It For You’ and more.

Brandy had previously expressed her love for the minimalist anthem, stating – “if another artist were to have that song, were to sing that song, I would wish that song was my song.”
Regardless of how this song fares on charts, Brandy’s stature in RnB music, makes the whole project an exciting one to look forward to.
