H.E.R. made history earlier this week, by winning an Oscar for her song ‘Fight For You’ from the movie “Judas and the Black Messiah.”
The 23 year old multi-talented singer and performer became one of the youngest recipients in the category, and cemented her image as one of the leading stars of the upcoming scene in Popular music.

Her achievement at such an early stage in her career was noted by Pop titan, Janet Jackson who gave her a shoutout on social media, soon after her historic win.
Taking to her Instagram handle, with an image of H.E.R. Oscar-moment, Jackson congratulated the singer, while appreciating her for ‘Keepin it strong for the girls’
