It has now been revealed that Moran’s cause of death was cancer. The troubled-actress was suffering from stage 4 cancer and succumbed to the illness at the age of 56, as revealed by her autopsy. The report also stated that though standard toxicology tests have been done and the results are pending, no illegal narcotics have been found in her house.
Moran suffered from severe alcohol addiction which took a major toll on her life, disposing most of her finances, which eventually lead her to wind up living in a mobile-house with her husband.
Happy Days was one of the most popular shows of the 70’s after which the actress made several other appearances on ‘Murder, she Wrote’, ‘Desperation Boulevard’, ‘Hotel’, ‘Celebrity Fit Club’, etc.
