Music’s power-couple – Beyonce and Jay Z have a combined worth that exceeds the one-Billion-mark – as per stats confirmed by the celebrity net worth megazine, Forbes. That’s more money that most of us can even comprehend.
Majority of that 1 Billion mark is covered by Jay-Z alone who, according the magazine, has an estimated net worth of a whopping $810 million. Forbes’s list of the richest men in hip-hop featured the rap moghul at the no.2 spot being only $10 million shy of the net worth of rapper P. Diddy, who was the frontrunner on the list with $820 million.The ‘Run This Town’ hit maker’s moolah doesn’t really come directly from his record sales, but from funds invested in other sectors. Jay Z has investments in a number of ventures which include Roc Nation, LLC, Armand de Brignac and Tidal to name a few.
Beyonce, on the other hand is reported to have a net worth of over $350 million and has been named the fourth Wealthiest Woman in music for the year 2017 by Forbes. The tickets for her Formation World Tour sold like hotcakes soon after the announcement of the tour, which eventually grossed a whopping $250 million. Queen B’s critically acclaimed studio-visual effort, “Lemonade” was also one of the best selling albums of 2016.
On the personal front, the couple is expecting twins with Beyonce’s second pregnancy after the birth of their first child, Blue Ivy back in 2012.
