But when Kelly looked back at the time her mother passed away back in 2014, the singer could not hold back her tears.

In a very emotional segment of the interview, Kelly opened up about how difficult it was for her to let go of her mother as she witnessed her plug being pulled right in front of her.
Kelly’s mother Dorris Rowland, passed away in late 2014, only a few weeks after the birth of her son Titan Jewell, with husband Tim Witherspoon.
As Kelly fought back tears, she continued saying, “As beautiful as it is, you connect with so many different people on earth, and then to watch them go away is really hard, so that was tough”
She further states, “There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think about her”
It was incredibly sad watching the segment and see Kelly revisit that place.
