The Clooney family are blessed with two new additions to their family. The couple have become parents to twins, as confirmed by their rep in a statement to PEOPLE.
“This morning Amal and George welcomed Ella and Alexander Clooney into their lives. Ella, Alexander and Amal are all healthy, happy and doing fine. George is sedated and should recover in a few days,” Clooney’s representative told the magazine.

Sources say that George, who at 56 years old, becomes a first-time father, is on cloud nine as the couple welcome their twins home.
Amal’s pregnancy speculations were confirmed by sources back in February, while the couple later opened up about it in an interview later that month, stating, “We are really happy and really excited. It’s going to be an adventure.”
The couple had got married back in September 2014 in a plush wedding ceremony in Venice, Italy surrounded by family, friends and star-studded guest list of around 100 people.
