Lana Del Rey really did try to “stop” Donald Trump using Witchcraft.
In an interview with NME, the 32 year old singer confirmed her attempt to wake the supernatural forces to keep the US President from causing any possible destruction to the world. Not only that, Del Rey also persuaded several of her fans to join the mass occult ritual, she confirmed to the outlet.
“Yeah, I did it. Why not? Look, I do a lot of shit,” she told NME.
The singer further explained, “I’m in line with Yoko (Ono) and John (Lennon) and the belief that there’s a power to the vibration of a thought. Your thoughts are very powerful things and they become words, and words become actions, and actions lead to physical changes.”
Her confirmation comes after the singer had previously tweeted, “At the stroke of midnight… Feb 24, March 26, April 24, May 23… Ingredients can b found online,” referring to an organized ritual held by several “magical-thinkers” back in February, in order to claim the power back from Trump.
The spell went something like, “I call upon you. To bind. Donald J. Trump. So that he may fail utterly. That he may do no harm. To any human soul. Nor any tree. Animal. Rock. Stream or Sea, all those who enable his wickedness and those whose mouths speak his poisonous lies.”
