Beyonce has pledged to extend her support in assisting the flood struck state of Texas.

The 35 year old superstar recently spoke with Houston Chronicle and vowed to provide help to as many people as she can, who have been affected by Hurricane Harvey and its aftermath.

“My heart goes out to my hometown, Houston, and I remain in constant prayer for those affected and for the rescuers who have been so brave and determined to do so much to help,” she told HC.

“I am working closely with my team at BeyGOOD as well as my pastor (Rudy Rasmus at St. John’s in downtown Houston) to implement a plan to help as many as we can.”

The singer’s BeyGOOD is a charitable organization which was established by the Houston-native in 2013 and works in philanthropic aid to places of need around the world, including directly assisting locations struck by natural disasters.

The foundation previously assisted in providing clean drinking water in Flint, Michigan.

The ‘Run The World’ singer also shared an image in tribute to Texas, sending her prayers out for the state.
