First Look: Mariah Carey’s animated movie: ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’

Mariah Carey just dropped the very first teaser of her upcoming Holiday special movie, “All I Want For Christmas Is You” – and it’s all sort of cute.

The animated feature is based on Mariah’s classic original Holiday classic, ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ with the central character being voiced by the superstar herself.

Boasting one of the biggest selling Christmas albums of all time, Mariah has consistently pushed her ‘Holiday-brand’ particularly with this song. With several duet and remixed versions of ‘All I Want..’ released before, the movie is going to be an extension to other instances of Carey banking on the brand-value of the multi-million seller Holiday classic.

“Bringing this story to life has been such a surreal experience and I can’t wait for you all to see it,” Carey announced on Instagram.

The flick is expected to hit the shelves on DVD and Blue Ray later this year.
