Although actor Kevin Hart had previously laughed of allegations of cheating on his pregnant wife with an unidentified woman, after a video of him getting cozy in a Miami parking lot surfaced, he has now found himself completely trapped in the controversy once again.
The 38 year old actor is now said to be blackmailed by the woman he casually got involved with, who’s allegedly demanding money threatening to release a tape of ‘the act.’
Initially thought to be a full-fledged sex-tape, sources tell that the clip appears to be more of a prelude to sex, which doesn’t necessarily include the very act itself, but shows the actor fooling around with the woman in room and creaking bed sounds. Although, it is being said that despite hearing most of the sounds, you can’t actually see Kevin that clearly in the clips.;
The woman is now claiming an extortion sum, threatening the actor to release the ‘complete’ footage.
Amidst, all this drama the ‘Get Hard’ actor has gone ahead and issued a public apology to his pregnant wife and kids on Instagram.
“Sending so many apologies to my wife & kids. I gotta do better and I will. I’m not perfect and have never claimed to be,” the actor wrote.

In a statement issued by Kev’s rep, the extortion attempt was deemed a ‘failure’ and legal action is said to be in place against the blackmailer. “Someone tried to set Kevin up in a failed extortion attempt. As law enforcement is involved, we cannot comment further as it could affect the investigation,” the statement read.
