Shortly after Cardi B made history by hitting #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts with her smash hit solo, ‘Bodak Yellow’ – several fellow musicians sent their ‘congratulations’ to the New York born rapper.
But one reponse that people eyed the most was from fellow rapper, Nicki Minaj – who’s allegedely had a virtual cold equation with the rapper – which mostly began since people started claiming that Cardi was aiming to take “Nicki’s spot.”
But when Minaj spoke on Cardi’s Billboard achievement, there was no shade involved – as one might’ve thought.
The 32 year old rapper, chose to congratulate Cardi on her feat and suggested her to ‘enjoy the moment.’
“Congratulations to a fellow NEW YAWKA on a RECORD BREAKING achievement. Bardi, this is the only thing that matters!!! Enjoy it,” Minaj wrote.

As we reported before, Cardi has topped this week’s Billboard Hot 100 charts with ‘Bodak Yellow’ – which makes her the first female rapper in 19 years to hold the spot on the main charts with a solo record.
Imagine if these two SISTAHS could also hit it in the studio for a collab!
