Following his bitter separation from Angelina Jolie, actor Brad Pitt has been opening up about his past life like never before.
The 53 year old star, who previously spoke on the struggles revolving around his very-public relationship with Jolie, is now reflecting back on his decision to ditch Jennifer Aniston for the ‘Girl, Interrupted’ actress, over 12 years ago.
Parents to six kids, the couple’s high profile up’s and down’s never really escaped the public-eye and now with an alleged tell-all being penned by Pitt himself, the actor will reportedly reveal what led to his fallout in the marriage.
A source close to the ‘Fight Club’ superstar has told InTouchWeekly, that he not only still keeps a “soft corner” for Aniston but also regrets his decision to leave her for Jolie – something he’s going to elaborate on, in his upcoming book.
“He’s come to realize that leaving Jen for Angelina was one of the biggest mistakes of his life. And while he’s not in love with Jen, he realizes how much he does love her. Brad keeps telling friends that he’s seeing everything more clearly,” the source told the publication.
Brad and Angelina remained Hollywood’s ‘golden couple’ for over a decade, staying atop the headlines of all sorts of tabloid stories. The couple’s nine year long relationship, was transformed to marriage back in 2014 – which, to everyone’s surprise, ended only last year – leaving both of their fans, aghast.
