Pop Titan, Janet Jackson made a striking comeback with her ‘State of The World’ tour last month, after giving birth to her first child, Eissa earlier this year.

Despite her stringent schedule and a tough physical regime, the legendary songstress took the time to not only visit her hometown of Gary, Indiana but also have a little Q&A session with the student and faculties of Roosevelt High School.

Stepping out with her brother Randy Jackson, the ‘Escapade’ hitmaker hinted at a possible collaboration with – Bruno Mars, when the students quizzed her on the subject.

Speaking on her fondness and admiration for Bruno’s skills as an artist, Janet also told the crowd about the time she visited the ‘Uptown Funk’ singer during his UK concert.

“I think Bruno Mars is very talented,” she said.”There are a lot of “artists” out there, but then you have artists who you know are going to have a long career. And [Bruno] is definitely an artist.

She further added:

“We live in London now. Randy and myself. We had the opportunity of seeing Bruno’s show out there not too long ago and we really enjoyed it. He’s not only a songwriter and musician; he has a great deal of charisma on-stage.”

Jackson also revealed a past conversation she had with Mars, on a possible collaboration between the two. “Bruno and I have talked about it,” she said. “That would be interesting.”
