Shreya Ghoshal has kicked off new year with a brand new independent single.
Like a number of other playback singer from Bollywood, the national award winning songstress has been releasing independent music to her vast online fan-following – expanding her artistic horizons to a great extent than what is generally permitted within movie soundtracks.
Explaining the background behind the release of the single, Ghoshal has worded out what the composition means to her, along with the music video uploaded on her YouTube handle.
“Tere Bina, is a song very close to my heart and is my first single to release in the year 2018,” the singer wrote. “The composition and lyrics are ‘thumri’ styled with which the fusion of rich symphonic orchestral arrangements create an immersive harmonic and emotional experience.”
Speaking on the music video, Ghoshal wrote:
“..to give a visually cinematic experience, the video has been shot artistically to enhance the emotion of the song.”
