Lil Kim is one grateful woman.
Despite her anticipated comeback album, ‘9’, failing to place itself in the Top 200 of the Billboard charts – in its debut week, the rapper is still thankful to her fans for whatever support they have shown to the project.
Serving as the fifth studio album by the hitmaker, the new LP managed to sell a little over an embarrassing 1,000 copies, but that wasn’t enough to deter Ms. Kim from keeping-on to her path of continuing to bring new music to her fans.
It is worth notable that 9 also marked her first release as an independent artist, so there was bound to be “some” variation in sales – as she doesn’t have a machine behind her now.
The rapper took to her Instagram handle to thank her fans for the support. Watch her video below:
