The former American Idol winner kick-started the The Kelly Clarkson Show a little more than a month ago on September 9 and the one thing that has becomes a tradition since its commencement is the hit-maker, kick-starting each episode with a cover of some of her favorite tracks (Obviously!).
In the recent airing of her show, Clarkson greeted her studio audience with a cover of one of her favorite artists – Whitney Houston, who she has cited as one of her inspirations on many occasions.
Belting out Houston’s 1988 released worldwide smash – I Wanna Dance With Somebody, Kelly yet again proved why she still remains one of our favorite Idol winners of all time.
Going-in for all the money notes, Kelly’s performance did also manage to catch the attention of netizens as the performance was one of the hot topics of the past week.
