You may not get too Kim Kardashian displaying her bare body on Instagram anymore. Or at least, not for a while.
The reality TV star recently dished on trying to dress ‘less-provocatively’ these days, in order to avoid overkilling it.
Although, one may wonder – is it a little too less, too late? But Kim feels it is important, to maintain some subtlety in her wardrobe now, so she can scroll through her Instagram while sitting with her kids, without worrying about her nudes showing up.
Kardashian spoke on the subject during her recent interview with New York Magazine, in which she also cited her husband Kanye West and her recent visits to the White House – as contributory factors to her “dressing-UP” a bit more.
Here’s what she was quoted as telling:
“I don’t know if it’s the fact that my husband has voiced that sometimes too sexy is just overkill and he’s not comfortable with that. I listen to him and understand him. Still, at the end of the day, he always gives me the freedom to be and do what I want.”
She further adds:
“But I have kind of had this awakening myself. I realised I could not even scroll through Instagram in front of my kids without full nudity coming up on my feed pretty much all the time. And I definitely contributed to that.”
Kim also worries about some of her nudes showing up while she makes her frequent visits to the White House to speak on prison reforms and other issues, she’s come to associate herself with.
“I hope they don’t see this. I have to go back there next week.”
